Penelo is a cheerful and stong hearted 16 year old who loves to sing and dance. She is Vaan's girlfriend and is always concerned about his carefree personality. She lived in Dalmasca Kingdom, but lost her family in the last battle against the empire. She was tought martial art by her brother who was in the knights.
