If you live in Europe or have bought the Final Fantasy X: International version in Japan then you can fight 8 bonus bosses called Dark Aeons, they are really hard so I suggest you save before you try. When you beat them you'll receive lots of AP and some accessory. In this guide you'll get the locations of the Dark Aeons. #01 Dark Anima - You'll find this one at the gates of Mt. Gagazet. #02 Dark Bahamut - Head over to the Chamber of Fayth in the Zanarkand Ruins. #03 Dark Ifrit - This one is located in the ruins of the Al Bhed city. #04 Dark Ixion - Talk to the man by the Lighting Rod in the Thunder Plains. #05 Dark Magus Sisters - Located at Mushroom Rock not far from the exit of Mi'ihen Highroad. #06 Dark Shiva - You'll meet her at the entrance to the Macalania Temple. #07 Dark Valefor - Dark Valefor will be waiting for you at the entrance of Besaid. #08 Dark Yojimbo - You'll find him the the Caverns of the Stolen Fayth.
