Square Enix opened the official Final Fantasy XI: Treasures of Ahturhgan website today. Treasures of Ahturhgan is a expansion pack for Square Enix MMORPG Final Fantasy XI and it will include new jobs, areas, quest, armor and more.
One of the new jobs, the Blue Mages is presented on the site. These formidable fighter-mages employ elegantly curved blades for close combat, while decimating their enemies from afar with fell magic mastered from their opponents. You can also see a few screenshots from the new areas but most of them are taken from the trailer shown at TGS2005.
The website will be updated with more information about the new jobs, armor etc. that will be available with the update.

The release date of the expansion pack is still unknown but rumors say that it will be in the 1st quarter of 2006.

The original soundtrack of the third Final Fantasy XI expansion pack, Final Fantasy XI: Treasures of Aht Urhgan will be available in Japan in late May. The OST has been composed by Naoshi Mizuta.
