Ultimate Weapons

Each character in the game has a Ultimate Weapon, this guide will show you how to get them all.

Aeris (Princess Guard) - Aeris's Ultimate Weapon can be found during CD1 in the Temple of the Ancients, its in a chest in the Clock Room (Door 4).

Barret (Missing Score) - Barret's Ultimate Weapon can be found in Midgar during CD2. When you are climbing some stairs to fight Hojo you must open all the chests on the way, in one of them you'll find the weapon. Remember to have Barret in your team, if you don't then you wont get it!

Caith Sith (HP Shout) - When you are in Midgar during CD2 enter the SHINRA Building and go up to the gym on floor 64, there you'll find it in the lockers.

Cid Highwind (Venus Gospel) - Go to Rocket Town after the rocket has been launched, there you'll see an old man standing in front of the Item Shop, talk to him 3 times and he'll give you the weapon.

Cloud (Ultimate Weapon) - To get this weapon you must kill the Ultima Weapon, when it dies it opens a passage to the Ancient Forrest. So when the passage is open just go to the end of the forest and pick it up.

Red XIII (Limited Moon) - Return to Cosmo Canyon during CD3 and visit Bugenhagen, he'll give you the Limited Moon (Only if Red XIII is in your party).

Tifa Lockheart (Premium Heart) - Tifa's Ultimate Weapon is located in Midgar (Wall Market), you can only get it during CD3 if you have the Key to Midgar.

Vincent Valentine (Death Penalty) - You can get Vincent's Ultimate Weapon both in CD2 and CD3. Take the submarine and go to a small tunnel located in the Costa del Sol/Corel area, drive through the tunnel and you'll end up in some sort of crater. Go out of the sub and walk into the waterfall, here you'll meet Lucrecia, she'll tell you some more of the background behind Vincent. If you havent killed the Ultimate Weapon then there's nothing more to do here, when you have killed it just go back and you'll find the weapon in a chest at the back of the cave. You can also get here by using Black, Green or Gold Chocobos.

Yuffie Kisaragi (Conformer) - Yuffie's Ultimate Weapon is located in the Gelnika (the sunken SHINRA plane). Just go to the first Cargo Room, its located on the right side of the Save Point. You'll find it in one of the chests in the lower back side of the room.
