To obtain the magus sisters you have to get two items, which are the Flower Scepter and the Blossom Crown. To get the Blossom Crown, you must capture all the types of fiends on Mt. Gagazet and then return to the Monster arena in the Calm Lands. Talk to the person there, and he will reward you with the Blossom Crown. Note: Make sure that you have obtained the hidden aeons, Yojimbo and Anima, before attempting to gain the Magus sisters.
Next, go to Remiem Temple, which is located in a secluded area of the Calm Lands. There you will meet the summoner Belgamine, with whom you will fight your aeons. After you defeat Bahamut, Belgamine will give you the Flower Scepter. And after defeating all the aeons, go to the back of the temple to see a shiny translucent door. Use the two items you obtained on the door and you will finally get the Magus Sisters.
Note: Do not send Belgamine until you have obtained the Sisters and have fought them aswell. This will then allow you to recieve yet another secret item.
