Square Enix will hold a spring gaming pavilion this year on May 12 and 13, hot on the heels of the Japanese launch of Final Fantasy Tactics: The Lion War. Square Enix initially held the conference, which attracted over 45,000 visitors in total, at Makuhari Messe in Japan back in Japan 2005. For those of you unfamiliar with the location, it regularly hosts the wildly popular Tokyo Game Show and Jump Festa!

There was no comment on what exactly Square Enix will be showing, but at the 2005 event it previewed upcoming games, hosted playable demos, and gave out the street date of Final Fantasy XII in Japan. With the flurry of games currently in production, word from the Final Fantasy XIII universe is highly likely.
