Battle theme soundtracks on the way

Square Enix is going release a new series of soundtracks containing compilations of battle themes from their various games. The Square Enix Battle Track Vol. 1: Square 1987 - 1996 album will include 25 tracks from Nintendo, Super Nintendo and GameBoy games composed by Nobuo Uematsu, Kenji Itou, Ryuuji Sasai, Rudra no Himitsu, Hiroki Kikuta, Youko Shimomura, Yasunori Mitsuda, Noriko Matsueda, and Masaharu Iwata.

The Square Enix Battle Track Vol. 1: Square 1987 - 1996 album will hit the shelves in Japan on May 9th and sell for 2,000 yen.
