The Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2: The Grimoire of the Sealed Hole release date has just been announced by Square Enix. The title with the long name will hit the Japanese shelves on October 25th 2007.
The European and North American release dates have not been announced yet but we'll probably have expect a 2008 release.

Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift has launched in North America today! The spiritual successor to the original PlayStation hit and the subsequent GameBoy Advance title is on store shelves now. With upwards of 50 job classes, 300 quests, and classic Tactics character crossovers, Tactics A2 has received favorable reviews from IGN (9), GamePro (4/5), and GameSpy (9).

Square Enix has revealed the boxart of the North American version of Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift. The game will hit North American shelves on June the 24th. Check out the boxart below:
The next installment of the Ivalice Alliance campaign, slated for the Nintendo DS, will launch in Europe this Summer. While Square Enix did not commit to an exact date, it did confirm that Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift, will follow shortly after its North American release in June. FFTA2: Grimoire of the Rift has sold 400,000 units...
Maybe its time to get a DS. All those Square games are making me tempted.
I'm tempted too but it will probably just end up collecting dust like my PSP so I wont get one :p
It's strange, for a game we still know little about, that it gets a release date slapped on it so soon :P Eh, if it's anywhere nears as good as Tactics and Tactics Advance it'll be worth it!
I definitely enjoyed the gameplay aspect of FFTA ... so hopefully this is just as fun heh ... :) ... but means I'd have to pick up a DS aswell >.>;
