Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and The Tower of Mirrors will release to North American Nintendo Wii consoles on February 26, 2008. If I'm not mistaken, this will be Square's first real venture on the Wii, but don't quote me, because I'm an idiot. We get all sorts of new bonuses, play modes, and boss fights too.

A new Dragon Quest Swords video has hit the airwaves, and this one shows off the Wiimote, if nothing else. The player demonstrates classic RPG elements like conversing with NPCs and slashing away at all sorts of Dragon Quest enemies, slimes included. Check it out here.
Yay for more Nintendo console Square Enix spin-offs :/
Is this game worth to buy?
The graphics look nice but I don't know how much fun the rest of the game is :p
whats the game's plot?
You can check out the story and some gameplay footage on the official site: http://na.square-enix.com/dqswords/
Thanks for the link ^_^
I was excited about this game when I first heard about it. But then I found out that there's not much exploration. You just walk in a straight line along a path. Apparently it's really short too, only 6-8 hours to complete. I might hire it, but I'm not sure that it's worth the money to buy.
ya the "rail" idea is kind of making me less interested to this game.
