Square Enix has released the second trailer for the PS3 version of Star Ocean 4: The Last Hope. The game is coming to North America on February 9, only 5 days after the Japanese release. The European release date has been confirmed to be on February 12.
As previously mentioned, the title includes both Japanese and English audio and Japanese, English, French, German and Spanish menus/subtitles.
