Better late than never when it comes to Kingdom Hearts news, and given the success of Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix, a remaster of Kingdom Hearts II was all but assured. Square Enix confirmed Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix for PS3 in 2014 back in October and it too will come bundled with extra content:
Square is building up quite the stellar calendar for 2014 with Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition (PS4, XB1) in January, Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII (PS3) and Bravely Default (3DS) in February, Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster (PS3) in March, and Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn (PS4) in April.
With Jump Festa 2014 right around the corner, and with Square Enix promising that 2.5 will be playable therein, more Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix news is within reach!

The third episode of Life is Strange is coming out tomorrow and Square Enix has released a new trailer. In this episode Max and Chloe’s investigation into Rachel Amber’s disappearance lead them to break into Blackwell Academy after dark, to search for answers. Secrets will be uncovered and Max will find another use for her power.
Tempting but I think I'll just wait for KH3. I'll be getting Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition though.
I think the value in this release is the HD remaster of Birth by Sleep. Never played it, but it was built using Crisis Core's engine so it must be good.
Birth by Sleep is the best game in the series, gameplay and story wise.
Wish they would release it for the Vita. I need an excuse to buy one.
