Square Enix has just released the third and final part of their "Inside The Square - The Making of Lightning Returns" series. In this episode the development team discuss The Doomsday Clock, open-world exploration, the design of Nova Chrysalia, and what it's like working with the game's Director, Motomu Toriyama.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII was released in Japan on November 21s. The game is coming out in North America on February 11nd and on February 14th in Europe.

Yeah it does look pretty sweet compared to XIII.
Kula, the devs keeps saying that you can play it without having played XIII or XIII-2 so you should be fine. I am so pumped for this game. For anyone in the U.S., the OST is already available on iTunes but BEWARE, the track titles are a bit spoiler-y! February 11th can't get here soon enough!
