Square Releases FF Complete Works

Square has already announced that they will be release a DVD guide to the Final Fantasy series. Now they will release a revised edition of Final Fantasy Complete Works, the two-book set detailing the first six Final Fantasy games.

The books was first released back in 1997, the second book included a PlayStation disc with an encyclopedia of FF enemies, items, parts of the games that didn't make it and more.

The new editions will feature new cover art, but there hasnt been released any news word about the encyclopedia. Something that may be interesting to note is that both books are deemed "Volume 1", suggesting that Square will be producing a second set on the next six Final Fantasy games.

The first book will have 256 pages and the second book wil have 160. The release date of the books has been set to June 27th 2002 and they are already listed on DigiCube and Amazon.co.jp.
