The strong sales of Final Fantsay X-2 in Japan and Kingdom Hearts in North America has led Square to pay its share holders 69 yen/share ($0.58 USD), which is an increase from the previous 30 yen/share ($0.25 USD). Square has a net profit of 11.5 billion yen (approx. $96 million USD) compared to a projected 4.8 billion yen (approx. $41 million USD) before. Its shares at present are trading at 1,484 yen (approx. $12.38 USD).
