Yoichi Wada speaks about Sony's new PSP

Sony's new portable, the PSP, is the only new gaming system coming out this year. Thus, Famitsu conducted a survery to find out what developers had to say of Sony's new portable. Most gamers in Japan are definitely interested in knowing whether Square Enix will have anything to do with the new system. Square Enix's CEO, Yoichi Wada, spoke briefly to Famitsu on the topic. He mentioned how no title was being developed as of yet for the system. However, if they were to publish a game, it would definitely not be a port of a previous game that they had released. This rules out the possibility of Square Enix releasing a port of Final Fantasy VII for the PSP.
