Square-Enix has announced that their action RPG, Fullmetal Alchemist and The Broken Angel, will be released in the US on January 18, 2005. The game follows the adventures of the Fullmetal Alchemist Edward Elric and his brother Alphonse, or Al for short. The game was originally released Christmas Day 2003 in Japan.
In adition, Square-Enix has launced an English Version of its Fullmetal Alchemist and the Broken Angel website to prepare fans for its upcoming release. Various character and story information, as well as some background on the anime can be found there. They also have a few wallpapers for the taking.

According to Square Enix's magazine, Gangan, a movie is in the works for the anime Full Metal Alchemist. The film will be released in Japan during the Summer of 2005. It is still unclear as to whether the movie will be based on parts of the anime, the magna, the games, or have a whole new story of its own....
