Square-Enix has announced that the company is planning a new Final Fantasy concert for mid-May, just before the beginning of this year's edition of the Electronic Entertainment Expo or "E3". Entitled "More Friends: Music from Final Fantasy: With Special Guests", it will feature performances by the World Festival Symphony Orchestra and the CSUF University Singers conducted by Arnie Roth, The Black Mages and additional guest performers whose identity remains a secret for the time being. The concert will be held in the Universal Amphitheatre on May 16th, and will mark the first time that Nobuo Uematsu's rock band The Black Mages will have performed outside of Japan.
