Square-Enix has updated the Official Site of Grandia III to include the profiles of the game's two newest characters: A teenage beastman by the name of Ull, and a beautiful young woman named Dahna.
Ull has lived with his village in the hidden Valley of The Dragons, where his people have acted as guardians for generations. His young and impulsive behavior leads to him becoming fed-up with the rules of the village (As well as his parents), and he takes to the skies with his dragon Shiba to experience more of life. Ull is a very impulsive boy, which sometimes leads him to trouble, but is also very loyal and a good natured being at heart. He is also quite a social boy, as he has made friends of previously announced comrade Alonso as well as Pilot King Schmidt, who Yuuki is searching for on his journey.
Dahna is a calm, collected and depenadable young woman. She has been the head of her village for the past two years since the rather mysterious disappearance of her lover. Her strict and firm enforcement of village law gives her the appearance of a cold-hearted dictator to those not familiar with the village, yet those close to her insist she is the complete opposite, a kind and caring leader, able to trust and place her faith in others quite easily. Dahna's skills extend into the realm of magic, as she can use special Tarot Cards imbued with fairy magic.
