The current issue of Shounen JUMP has revealed a few new pieces of info and images on Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus for PlayStation 2. First and foremost are revelations on some of our cast. Reeve, the mind behind Cait Sith in FFVII, is now the leader of the WRO, a group who's sole ambition is the rebuilding of the planet. The large blue haired man featured in several scans has now been identifed as Asul, an elite of the Deep Ground Soldiers. And lastly, featured in the new scan is a ninja, who's identity officially is still a secret. But that Shuriken looks all too familiar, no?

Also, it was revealed that Dirge of Cerberus will feature Network Capabilites using the PS2's Network Adapter. Although what exactly they will be is uncertain at this time, it is safe to bet on some sort of Head-to-Head multiplayer combat mode.
