Square Enix have revealed information about Valkyrie Profile Lenneth and Valkyrie Profile 2 Silmeria, a PSP remake and PS2 prequel respectively of the Tri-Ace devloped Valkyrie Profile.
Current information says that Valkyrie Profile Lenneth will have new movie sequences to help give a better connection to Valkyrie Profile 2 although no information if the game will have a complete makeover although this isn't likely as the game is due for a March 2nd released at a cost of 4,800 yen ($40)
Valkyrie Profile 2 Silmeria will be released in Japan sometime next year and will be set several hundred years before Valkyrie Profile. Valkyrie Profile 2 Silmeria will be released on the Playstation 2.
First details about Valkyrie Profile 2 will be avialable on the game's official website which is due to go online on December 12th.

Valkyrie Profile Lenneth, a PlayStation Portable port of the original PlayStation video game Valkyrie Profile by tri-Ace (known for their Star Ocean series and recently Radiata Stories) has been released in Europe and other PAL territories. The sequel Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria will be released in Europe sometime this summer.
