GI is reporting today that acclaimed Japan-based game developer Square Enix is being sued by distributor Soft-World for $3.78 Million in US dollars. Soft-World says Square's inability to supply them with the necessary source code has badly hampered their attempts to distribute and launch the MMORPG in Taiwan, Macau, and Malaysia among others.
The distributors claim that the 3 million USD was a royalty payment, which they feel should be returned.
