New scans of the Square-Enix title "Dragon Quest Swords" have surfaced this week, as Square Enix continues its surge of content for the Wii. Besides the fact that the game has been pushed back for a 2007 release in Japan, hideously few details exist, though we know that the Wii controller will function much like a sword instead of a conventional controller. Enjoy the low-quality scans that show off a character, battles, and towns.

Another Square Enix game is getting a European release date this week. This time its Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors. The Nintendo Wii game will hit European shelves on the 9th of May. Check out the official European website here: www.dragonquestswords.eu.com

Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and The Tower of Mirrors will release to North American Nintendo Wii consoles on February 26, 2008. If I'm not mistaken, this will be Square's first real venture on the Wii, but don't quote me, because I'm an idiot. We get all sorts of new bonuses, play modes, and boss fights too.
