The North American release date of Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core has been set to the 25th March 2007. The game was very successful in Japan and Square Enix has announced that Crisis Core was its best-selling game across all regions from April through September with 710,000 copies sold in Japan.
There is still no release date for Europe but we're hoping that it will be out sometime next year.
PS. Sorry for the lack of updates lately but I have had a lot to do at work and in addition to that I'm working on a huge upgrade of the Square Insider back-end.

FINALY!!!!! I am soooooo excited. I may end up getting the japanese version but I may want to wait until March 25!!!!
which version should i get? the japanese version or the american version because I dont wanna wait
Yeah, I want the Japanese version also. There are certain people who just shouldn't be dubbed over (yeah, some of you know who I'm talking about.) But seriously, I'm really glad this game is doing well. Zack deserves the spotlight after his two seconds in the original game despite playing such a big part.
I don't think the credit for such a good game is Zack. In fact, I don't think he has a impact whatsoever on whatever.
