Dengeki readers were polled about the best games of 2007, and then asked to rate the best games of all time. I was not at all shocked or awed by these results; as we know the Japanese market loves it some Square Enix good.

Dragon Quest IV (Nintendo DS) 5. Super Robot Taisen Original Generations (Sony PlayStation 2) 6. Persona 3 (Sony PlayStation2) 7. Etrian Odyssey (Nintendo DS) 8. Ar Tonelico 2 (Sony PlayStation 2) 9. Fate/stay night [Realta Nua] (Sony PlayStation2) 10. Lost Odyssey (Xbox360)
What is the best game you ever played? 1. Final Fantasy VII (Sony PlayStation) 2. Final Fantasy X (Sony PlayStation 2) 3. Monster Hunter Freedom 2 (Sony PSP) 4. Xenogears (Sony PlayStation) 5. Tales Of The Abyss (Sony PlayStation 2) 6. Dragon Quest III (Super Famicom) 7. Dragon Quest VIII (Sony PlayStation 2) 8. Chrono Trigger (Super NES) 9. Suikoden II (Sony PlayStation) 10. The iOS port of the PC port of Final Fantasy VII has begun its debut on the iOS App Store. Primed for iPad and iPhone, this edition is very much the same as previous PC releases in the last few months. While the game has yet to hit the North American iOS App Store it has already launched on the...
thats sik FFVII is still going strong! Tales of the Abyss was also a great game.

ya I hope so as well. I think at the beginning of PSP life cycle people kept on saying there aren't any good games out. Although there are now but people still say that there isn't any good games out (I guess that image of the PSP has just sunk into peoples minds)
Ya for VII!! Long live Materia, Sephiroth and all things FF7-related!
