Front Mission 3 was made for the PSone and was the first title of the series to be translated into English. The game was released in Japan in 1999, whereas the first Front Mission titled appeared on the SuperFamicon in 1995. The game holds a very futuristic atmosphere where the use of mechs are involved to fight in battle.
