Final Fantasy XI coming to Europe during 2004?

According to GameOnline.jp Square Enix has planned to release Final Fantasy XI in England sometime during 2004. It's not known whether or not England was used as a synonym to Europe but one would think so since no Square Enix games have been released in England only.

Square Enix Europe has also increased it's staff from 30 to 50 employees, this could be related to the European release of Final Fantasy XI and maybe it will also decrease the time it takes to port games to the PAL format.
