Originally released for PS2 in 2006, a high definition remaster of Final Fantasy XII was announced today. Square Enix is preparing the previous international version, then known as the Zodiac Job System, for its true, full international debut across the world as Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age. The game will arrive in 2017 for the PS4. It will include updated graphics, soundtrack, job system, and overall mechanics. It wil all be playable at E3 2016.

No. XV will in no way live up to the hype people have been putting on it for the last decade. XII is a top 3 FF and will only get better with the remaster.
