In addition, Magazines such as Famitsu and Famitsu PS2 have given details on how some monsters detect the player in the game. They can notice players by their smell, sight, and sound. To evade sight, players can hide directly behind objects available throught the game. For smell, they must stay a certain distance away from the enemy. Finally, for sound players will have to stay as still as possible. There may be more additions as to how one can evade the three elements. Look for more information on SI as we await its release sometime in between Winter 2004 and Spring 2005 in Japan.
