Fullmetal Alchemist 2: Curse of the Crimson Elixir was released today on the PS2 for US Fans. This sequel expands upon what was brought to US shores in Fullmetal Alchemist and The Broken Angel (Released 18 January 2005), this time opting for cel-shaded graphics and an enhanced play system.

Fullmetal Alchemist 2: Curse of the Crimson Elixir is available now for $39.99 USD. In related news, the third game in the series and the much anticipated FMA Movie are also scheduled for release this month in Japan.

Square Enix announced the release date for Fullmetal Alchemist 2: Curse of the Crimson Elixir. The role-playing game will hit shelves July 12 for the PlayStation 2.
