Square Enix announced the release date for Fullmetal Alchemist 2: Curse of the Crimson Elixir. The role-playing game will hit shelves July 12 for the PlayStation 2. The game is based on the Cartoon Network's anime series Fullmetal Alchemist. Fullmetal Alchemist: Curse of the Crimson Elixir is rated T for Teen and will retail for $39.99.

Square Enix has announced that the sequel to its popular action RPG FullMetal Alchemist (Hagane no Renkinjutsushi: Akaki Elixir no Akuma) for PlayStation 2 will be released in Japan on August 27th.
