Square Enix recently released some new information regarding its upcoming PlayStation 2 title Final Fantasy XII. Apparently neither the Judges nor the ruling house of the Solidor will be the most powerful and most dangerous force in the world of Ivalice, but rather the Senate. This council, made up of old men, is residing in the Imperial City of Archades and only discusses top-secret matters of state. The game will feature a total of five Judge Masters who are in charge of an army of Judges: Zalgabas, who enjoys the trust of the emperor, the militaristic Belga, the sole female Judge Master Dreys, the docile Gies, and Gabras, who seems to have a connection with Basch.
Final Fantasy XII will be available in Japan on March 16th for 8,990 yen ($78.05 US).
