Fans of Final Fantasy X and X-2 who are also lucky enough to live in Southern California (yours truly!) have the chance to participate in a commemorative launch event for the hotly anticipated high-definition rereleases. Square Enix has announced that on March 15, 2014 they will be hosting an exhibition featuring art from the game's original PS2 development period at Gallery Nucleus in Alhambra, California from 2pm-6pm.
Door prizes await the first 300 guests as well as artwork for sale to benefit Typhoon Haiyan relief. In addition, the first 200 fans that purchase the game on site will also received autographs from Producer Yoshinori Kitase and Art Director Yusuke Naora. For anyone who can't make the launch event, the art exhibition itself will continue until March 26!
Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD Remaster will release in North America on March 18 and in Europe on March 21.
